The Waldorf Astoria Chicago added significant French flavor and charm with a new restaurant and patisserie from renowned chef, Michael Mina. Bulley & Andrews was the construction partner who skillfully executed the well-appointed, three-story interior buildout.
The new, 120-seat restaurant, Margeaux Brasserie, is located on the hotel’s third floor and includes a bar and private dining rooms, offering local Francophiles a classic French dining experience.
Blending cafe culture with Midwestern hospitality, Petit Margeaux is a classic French bakery located in the hotel’s first floor lobby. In addition to providing baked goods and coffee to go, guests can also enjoy their treats on the outdoor patio.
