Kirstin Starkey

Kirstin Starkey is well-recognized for her expertise in assessing and resolving a wide range of personnel issues including talent acquisition, employee retention and workforce engagement.

Since joining the firm in 2016, Kirstin has been an “instant asset” helping B&A elevate our corporate culture and fortifying our team with highly skilled and dedicated professionals. Her collaborative nature, strategic mindset and advocacy for organizational improvement has made her instrumental to B&A’s continued growth and enviable reputation in the marketplace.

Kirstin completed her undergraduate as a Spartan at Michigan State University and earned her master’s degree from Walsh College. She also holds a senior certified professional (SCP) designation from the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM).
