Michael Lemmons

Heading B&A’s institutional market segment, Mike Lemmons has 20+ years of industry experience. Leveraging his penchant for client service with flawless coordination, Mike is highly regarded among clients, peers and partners for his collaborative approach, transparent communication and solution-driven mindset. Specializing in spaces ranging from libraries to social service projects, Mike has been involved with some of B&A’s most complex and celebrated projects including the Chicago Athletic Association Hotel, Newberry Library, The Night Ministry and Chicago Botanic Gardens.

A graduate of Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science in construction management, Mike has spent the predominance of his career at B&A ascending from project manager to project executive to his current role as vice president. The combination of his technical background and strong interpersonal skills allows him to help clients achieve their goals and routinely deliver the highest degree of satisfaction.

One of 36 grandchildren on his mother’s side, Mike comes from a large family and is always ready to be a part of a group effort, lead the charge on a project, or a little bit of both. Regardless of the role he steps into, his strong family background has influenced his belief that indeed, there is no “I” in “team.”
