David Linden

Dave joined the executive team in 2021 after leading B&A’s corporate, commercial and restoration market segment since 2008. He has 25+ years of experience in the construction industry. He is renowned for his team-centered approach, solution-driven mindset and technical expertise. Through the years, Dave has strengthened and grown with a tireless focus on client service and continuous improvement. He is also overseeing B&A’s expansion into the Nashville market.

Dave provides the caliber of leadership that allows B&A to finish projects as strong as we start. His extensive experience, which includes the historic restoration and adaptive reuse of the Chicago Athletic Association Hotel and Monroe Building, and the building of B&A’s own headquarters fortifies his project teams with the support necessary to fulfill our commitment to excellence. Clients and partners alike often share stories of how Dave and his team make the construction process enjoyable, from start to finish.

Dave earned a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering, with a structural focus, from Northwestern University (NU). As part of NU’s five-year cooperative education program, he alternated between school and internships at Bulley & Andrews. He became a full-time employee in 1998.
