WeWork: 222 S. Riverside Tenant Buildout
Bulley & Andrews served as the general contractor for WeWork’s 222 S. Riverside tenant buildout. WeWork was established to create work space environments for all types of businesses and business professionals, by delivering flexible solutions and inspiring community experiences that move businesses forward.
The 31,000 sq. ft. tenant improvement is located in the West Loop near Union Station with a large volume of commuters passing though daily. The buildout created 500 new tenant desks. Furthermore, a large library was added to promote comradely between tenants. B&A was able to maximize coordination efforts and effectiveness for this project because we had previously work with the building manager on other WeWork projects. In return, this allowed the project to be completed ahead of schedule.
