WeWork: 1 S. Dearborn Tenant Buildout

Bulley & Andrews served as the general contractor for WeWork’s 1 S. Dearborn tenant buildout. WeWork was established to create work space environments for all types of businesses and business professionals, by delivering flexible solutions and inspiring community experiences that move businesses forward.

The 48,000 sq. ft. two floor tenant improvement is located in the heart of the loop in downtown Chicago. The buildout included the creation of 745 new tenant desks. In addition, B&A added two lounges, two pantries, multiple conference rooms, workshop space and a community bar.
