UChicago Charter Woodlawn Campus

Providing the space and resources necessary to deliver the exceptional educational programming it is recognized for, the UChicago Charter School’s Woodlawn Campus required a new, state-of-the-art high school. Serving as general contractor, Bulley & Andrews provided services to construct the new, three-story, 68,000 sq. ft. school.

The new facility, serving 6th-12th grade students from Woodlawn and the surrounding neighborhoods, allows the school to gradually expand their enrollment from 650 to 750 students. It also includes a new gymnasium, college resource center, and football field and track.

Located on the corner of 63th Street and Greenwood Avenue, the facility also contributes to the surrounding community by increasing foot traffic and serving as a local resource.
