The Farehouse Market

Bulley & Andrews served as the construction manager for the restaurant space buildout at 600 W. Chicago Avenue. The former Montgomery Ward catalogue warehouse and a national landmark, the property was redeveloped by Sterling Bay and has reemerged as a sought after destination for the tech cognoscenti.

The scope of work for the retail space involved 6,000 sq. ft. of dining venue including three distinctive artisan concepts. Functioning as a “food hub” for building tenants as well as local residents, the space also offers a daytime dining venue, coffee cafe and cocktail bar.

All the work was completed while the building remained fully operational, which includes over 7,000 tenants moving through and around the construction areas daily.
