Steiner Electric: New Distribution Warehouse

Bulley & Andrews is serving as the design/build construction partner for Steiner Electric’s new distribution warehouse and headquarters upgrade in Elk Grove Village, IL.

The new 75,000 sq. ft. facility is an addition to the existing warehouse and will allow Steiner Electric to operate more effectively. The existing warehouse at 1100 Touhy Ave. is being torn down to make way for the new facility which will feature 20 total truck dock bays as well as 32’ clearance inside the building. This will allow Steiner to upgrade its racking systems and improve the efficiency between the existing warehouse and the new addition.

Exterior upgrades to the existing 1250 Touhy Ave. office and warehouse are also included in the scope of work. This modification will effectively merge the two structures, aesthetically and functionally, into one.
