Private Residence

Bulley & Andrews constructed this award-winning residence on Chicago’s near northside.  The new home was designed to highlight the owners’ extensive contemporary art collection.  As such, the project itself is considered sculptural. 

The building’s chiseled facade is a combination of glass, granite and steel fragments allowing the interior to be awash with light.  Tight urban site conditions and a long, narrow lot provided challenging logistics, which were deftly handled by the well-seasoned project team.  This home was featured in Architectural Digest.
