Presbyterian Home One Arbor Lane

Bulley & Andrews provided general contracting services for One Arbor Lane, a new four-story structure featuring 24 units – 17 two bedroom, two bath apartments of 1,350 sq. ft. each and 7 three bedroom, three bath apartments of 1,600 sq. ft. each.  Highlights of the facility include a four-story brick and glass atrium, masonry exterior and insulated casement windows.  The project also included below grade parking.
