Northwestern University: Gleacher Center Renovation

The Northwestern University (NU) Gleacher Center project was a complete gut renovation to modernize and upgrade the 40,000 sq. ft. men’s golf and women’s fencing facilities. The project included the addition of an ADA compliant, three-story elevator, a feature staircase, state-of-the-art golf simulators and an entire mechanical (HVAC, electrical, fire suppression and plumbing) upgrade. Partnering with the SmithGroup, B&A was able to make Northwestern’s dream a reality.

B&A worked hand-in-hand with NU’s athletic department to accommodate their scheduling needs and phased the project to ensure that our construction did not interfere with students’ academics or activities.
