North Central College New Residence Hall

To provide students with a strong residential community, North Central College has constructed a new residence hall on their campus. As general contractor, Bulley & Andrews oversaw construction of the new five-story, 100,000 sq. ft. co-ed dormitory.

Designed to provide students with more privacy, the 229-bed residence hall includes suite-style housing for upperclassmen with ensuite bathrooms and kitchenettes. Additionally, each floor includes common area lounge space, a central computer lab and laundry facilities.
