Bulley & Andrews served as construction partner, for Music City’s latest hospitality offering: the new, seven-story Mariott TownePlace Suites located in the heart of downtown Nashville.

The 130,000 sq. ft., 204 guestrooms and suites hotel includes retail space, fitness facilities, special event space, bar and rooftop terrace. The property is close to the Tennessee State Capitol and the Nashville Municipal Auditorium. Also, nearby is Nashville’s famous downtown with its abundance of musical and sports venues.
