Lake Forest MOB

Serving as General Contractor, Bulley & Andrews completed the 20,000 sq. ft. interior renovation and 6,000 sq. ft. addition at NorthShore Lake Forest’s medical office building.

The project included the demolition of the existing restaurant to create a new OB-GYN medical office building. The new space includes multiple exam rooms, lab spaces, patient waiting rooms, physician offices and related support services.

Working closely with the city of Lake Forest and NorthShore University HealthSystem, a new roof top air handling unit was also installed as a part of the project. New city sewer and water connections, underground site utilities, landscaping, parking lot renovations and site grading were also completed to transform the property.
