Intrinsic Schools

Bulley & Andrews served as construction manager for the first of a multi-phased interior renovation for Intrinsic School’s second downtown Chicago campus.

Phase 1 includes 14,158 sq. ft. of new interior partitions, finishes, electrical work and plumbing. Phase 2 will involve 30,000 sq. ft and will open in September 2020; Phase 3 will involve 31.200 sq.ft. and is scheduled to open in September 2021.

This new campus, located in the heart of the Loop, pairs Intrinsic’s progressive education model with strategic partnerships and immersion opportunities to create unique educational experiences.
