Howard Orloff Jaguar & Land Rover Addition

Bulley & Andrews provided construction management services for the new Howard Orloff Jaguar and Land Rover Auto Dealership. This project features a new, 32,000 sq. ft. three-story building adjacent to their existing location situated right off Interstate 90.

This new dealership has three levels of parking for 80 cars and a 4,000 sq. ft. auto showroom and 4,000 sq. ft. office / ancillary space. Some unique features to this building are a soldier beam and lagging earth retention system as well as steel structure with hollow core floor slabs.
