Grand Teton Lodge Company: Jackson Lake Lodge Restoration
Bulley & Andrews Concrete Restoration is completed the historical renovation of the exterior concrete facade of the mid-century modern lodge in Grand Teton National Park.
Valued at $6M, this is the largest renovation since the Rockfeller’s first built the structure in 1956. The scope of work included 80,000 sq. ft. of silicate stain walls, 3,000 sq. ft. of concrete repairs, 60,000 sq. ft. of roof replacement, 2,500 sq. ft. of EIFS paint and repair and 80,000 sq. ft. of vapor blasting.
