Christ Church Chicago: Historic Rehabilitation
Built in 1916, this beloved structure recently underwent a historic rehabilitation to enhance and preserve the building for another 100+ years of service to the Woodlawn neighborhood and the surrounding communities.
The scope of work involved:
- Complete replacement of MEP systems
- New life safety systems including elevator installation and accessibility upgrades
- Restoration of decorative plaster and art glass
- Window replacement and refinishing the foyer
- New seating/stage and AV in the auditorium
- New commercial kitchen
- New classrooms and administrative office space
