Chelsea Intermediate School: Addition & Renovation

Frankfort School District 157-C selected Bulley & Andrews as their construction partner for improvements to Chelsea Intermediate School. The program’s focus is to create the best environment to support 21st century learning techniques and methods. The project’s scope of work includes:

• A 50,000 sq. ft. addition to support first floor administration, a new entrance, cafeteria, classrooms, resource room and extended learning area, second floor classrooms and miscellaneous support spaces
• Relocation renovations including media center, STEM Lab, special education and miscellaneous support spaces
• 77,000 sq. ft. of interior renovations including first and second floor classrooms, extended learning areas and miscellaneous support spaces
