Capital One Café Program
As build partner, Bulley & Andrews (B&A) is working with Capital One to support their efforts to give customers a new banking experience. These unique and innovative retail spaces offer food service and café components in an inviting space for banking, holding meetings, or simply enjoying local snacks and a cup of coffee. B&A has completed five new cafés and ATM bank interior buildouts and is currently working on three more. Our projects include:
- 7,400 sq. ft. tenant interior buildout and exterior re-skin for new Capital One Café in Lincoln Park’s NewCity retail development
- 10,800 sq. ft. renovation and structural restoration for new Lakeview Capital One Café
- 7,500 sq. ft. interior buildout and new storefront for Capital One Café in Chicago’s “Loop”
- 9,800 sq. ft. renovation of an existing Capital One Café in San Francisco
- New, 5,000 sq. ft. Capital One Cafe build out in Scottsdale, AZ
- New, 4,500 sq. ft. Capital One Cafe build out in Atlanta, GA
- New, 6,875 sq. ft. Capital One Cafe buildout in Detroit, MI
