Bulley & Andrews served as general contractor for the plumbing riser repair project at the 68-story, residential and hotel high-rise building, Park Tower. The project comprised the replacement of distribution risers and relocation of pressure reducing valves and related systems.

After completion of the plumbing repair project, Bulley & Andrews was asked to serve as general contractor for the building’s tenant corridors and lobby renovations.

During all work at Park Tower, the project team provided expert coordination and management to ensure minimal disruption to occupants throughout construction.
