Bulley & Andrews moves into new corporate headquarters
Bidding farewell to our old building but not our address, the excitement is at an all-time high as Bulley & Andrews (B&A) settles into our new corporate headquarters. Breaking ground less than a year ago, construction of the new 4-story, 39,000 square foot office building was completed in record time, a mere 11-months.
“We’re proud to provide a state-of-the-art environment for our greatest resource – our people,” said Chairman and CEO, Allan E. Bulley, Jr. “As we celebrate our 125th anniversary, I can think of no better testament to the firm’s continued growth and investment in staff and technology.”

Designed to foster collaboration and innovation, hallmarks of the firm’s service over the last 125 years, B&A employees are enjoying their new office and its many amenities. The building features meeting spaces equipped with the latest technology, breakout areas, work stations with standing desks, a BIM coordination room, an employee lounge and the highly anticipated roof terrace with spectacular city views.

Built with sustainability in mind, the new office includes a partial green roof, daylight harvesting, a bike rack and shower room to encourage biking to work, as well as water bottle refilling stations.
The final phase of the project calls for the demolition of B&A’s old headquarters building, which will make room for the new parking lot.
