DePaul University Art Museum Receives LEED Silver Certification

DePaulUniversity’s new Art Museum has been awarded LEED Silver certification by the US Green Building Council (USGBC).  The three-story, 15,000 sq. ft. building incorporates numerous sustainable design elements including energy efficient HVAC and lighting systems, storm-water collection, retention and filtering systems and water-efficient landscaping.  Additionally, the Museum’s roof includes a partial green roof and reflective roof coatings, resulting in a 17.6% reduction in energy consumption.  Bulley & Andrews is proud to have served as General Contractor for the latest asset to DePaul University’s Lincoln Park campus.
