January Calendar Spotlight: The Annex

Our featured calendar project for January is The Annex! 

In 2016, Bulley & Andrews (B&A) built our Armitage headquarters to make space for our growing team. Not even ten years later, we had already exceeded those expectations and needed more space. In 2024, we remodeled our former accounting office in The Annex to better utilize the space and support our continued expansion.

Over the course of seven months, our team renovated this 5,500-square-foot building, adding 47 new workstations, a kitchenette, two meeting areas, upgraded restrooms, and a lofted storage space. The design intentionally mirrors our headquarters, featuring an open-concept workspace

As both client and general contractor, our team utilized some of our best assets—our amazing team of B&A laborers and carpenters for all aspects of the project, including self-performed drywall, cold-formed metal framing, rough carpentry, ACT ceilings, concrete sealing, masonry, and more!

In October 2024, our BAMR, BACR, Safety, Residential Maintenance, and Field Leadership teams moved into their new homebase. The Annex reflects our growth and ongoing commitment to our people by providing them with an environment that supports their success.
