The Latin School of Chicago
Bulley & Andrews served as construction manager for The Latin School’s new 130,000 SF middle school facility.
The project involved demolition of an existing four-story building and the construction of a new four-story middle school with basement and mechanical penthouse. The new building includes a full-service kitchen and cafeteria, science labs, learning resource center, computer room, art classrooms, student classrooms and ancillary rooms for faculty offices and workspace. The new construction also features a bridge between the new middle school and the existing upper school.
