Northwestern University Ward Memorial Tower

Bulley & Andrews Masonry Restoration, LLC performed exterior restoration to Northwestern University’s Ward Memorial Tower.  Located at 303 E. Chicago, the scope of work involved removing and resetting 15,000 limestone pieces from the 16th to the 20th floor, on all four elevations, and rebuilding parapet walls and towers at each of the building’s corners. 

The project also included the removal and replacement of 100 percent of the tracery window glass on all elevations of the 19th floor and the removal and replacement of the window system on all elevations from the 16th to the 20th floor to in an effort to match the original windows’ aesthetics.
