Noble Network of Charter Schools Muchin College Preparatory School
Bulley & Andrews served as construction manager for Noble Network of Charter School’s interior renovation project at One North State Street.
Located downtown in the former Carson Pirie Scott and Company building, the 67,000 SF renovation project is now home to Muchin College Preparatory School. The space includes 20 multi-purpose classrooms, computer and science labs, art centers, a cafeteria/assembly room with kitchen, fitness areas and private offices. The project was designed and constructed to achieve LEED Silver status.
Construction began in May 2008 and achieved substantial completion in the spring of 2009.
