Acquisition Strengthens the Chicago-Based Firm\u2019s Interior Construction Capabilities<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Bulley & Andrews (B&A), a leading national construction firm, today announced the acquisition of Interior Construction Group (ICG), a Chicago-based general contractor specializing in interior construction. The acquisition supports B&A\u2019s long-term strategic growth and expands the company\u2019s capabilities in the interior construction market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ICG will now operate as Bulley & Andrews Interior Construction Group and will continue to serve clients from its current downtown Chicago office. ICG founders Steve Zuwala and Mike Lynk will also continue to lead the business, providing continuity for clients and industry partners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThis acquisition is a very intentional step forward in our long-term strategy and reflects our continued commitment to thoughtful growth that creates opportunities for our people and expanded services for our clients,\u201d said B&A Chief Operating Officer Tim Puntillo. \u201cJust as important as the strategic fit are the people and values our organizations share.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
