Estimating
Our team's experience, computer-based network of cost data and strong rapport with the subcontractor community allows us to generate quick and accurate preliminary budgets for any type of building project. 

Value Engineering
Bulley & Andrews has worked with numerous clients, architects, engineers, and consultants to help develop the most cost-effective programming for their building projects.  We apply our in-depth knowledge of the regional construction market, engineering skills, and experience from past projects to identify, evaluate and recommend alternatives that provide time and money-saving solutions without compromising the quality of the end product.

Scheduling
Scheduling is a critical component of every building project. For each project Bulley & Andrews undertakes, we create a series of schedules following the Critical Path Method (CPM) to illustrate activity sequences and durations, thereby keeping all team members informed and ensuring a well-planned progression of work from project start through Owner occupancy.
