Bulley & Andrews served as general contractor for Preferred Developments’ construction of a new, 15,000 SF Walgreens’ facility. Located at the corner of Irving Park and Maple Avenue, the free-standing masonry facility has two drive-up lanes and surface parking for 48 cars.
