The Ritz-Carlton Chicago
Bulley & Andrews completed interior renovations to guest rooms and public spaces in The Ritz Carlton Chicago, a Four Season Hotel. Located at 160 East Pearson Street at Water Tower Place, The Ritz-Carlton Chicago offers unparalleled accomodations, ideal for business or leisure, centered in the prestigious shopping and cultural hub of North Michigan Avenue.
The project is part of a dramatic restyling- the largest in the hotel’s history since its opening in 1977. The the scope of work involved 432 guest rooms on floors 15-30, 50,000 SF of public space including the main lobby and the entire 12th floor. B&A also completed renovation to 1,200 SF of kitchen facilities.
All work was completed while with hotel remained operational.
