Terapeutic Proteins, Inc.
Bulley & Andews served as general contractor for the buildout of the Cleanroom bio-manufacturing space in the Technology Business Center on IIT’s Chicago campus. Located at the northwest quadrant of the 3rd floor, the space is for Therapeutic Proteins, Inc.
The buildout involved 7,000 SF and included new HVAC equipment and housekeeping pads, laboratory casework, new mechanical plumbing, fire protection and electrical systems to support the new space. There were also utility tie-ins that had to be coordinated with the floor below.
