Project Details

Sun Microsystems
Sun Microsystems’ tenant improvement project involved the renovation of four floors of office space in a suburban high-rise. The project included over 70,000 SF, was approached in two phases and completed in just under six months. A major goal of the space planning concept was to provide “hoteling” facilities for staff members in need of temporary work space. As a result, nearly 100 percent of walled offices were eliminated to provide a more flexible work environment. The overall renovation plan included demolition of the existing space and construction of new tenant improvements including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, acoustical, low voltage voice/data/security cabling and finishes.
