S & C Electric Company Advanced Technology Center
Bulley & Andrews served as general contractor for S&C Electric Company’s new 41,600 SF Advanced Technology Center.
The new building is one of the most environmentally-friendly facilities of its kind in the world with numerous sustainable design features, including a green roof. The project hopes to obtain a LEED Gold Certification rating from the U.S. Green Building Council. It will be one of the first industrial buildings in the Chicago metropolitan area to hold such a rating.
