Ronald McDonald House Charities - Downtown

Bulley & Andrews is currently providing construction services for the new Ronald McDonald House located at 211 E. Grand Avenue in Chicago, IL.  The fourteen story facility includes common areas for general services and amenities and RMHC staff space and support areas.  Guest kitchens, dining areas and family lounges will be provided on floors 2 through 4.  The top nine floors will house 10 individual guest rooms per floor.  The entire facility is meant to create a home away from home for families in need of medical care. 

Pre-construction services included project budgeting and scheduling along with recommendations for pre-purchasing long lead items and value engineering recommendations throughout the design phase.

The project has been designed to achieve LEED certification.
