Private Residence
Bulley & Andrews completed renovation to this 4,300 SF condominium on East Lake Shore Drive. The project involved custom millwork, elaborate tile mosaics, a gourmet kitchen, wine cellar and an extensive low-voltage home management system.
This elegant residence was featured in the Architecture and Design Society of the Art Institute’s 1998 design tour.
