Bulley & Andrews served as general contractor for the interior buildout of a residential unit located on the 25th floor in a new luxury residential tower.
Located on N. Lake Shore Drive, the 5,200 SF project included extensive millwork and custom installations including a state-of-the-art audio/visual system.
The residence boosts a traditional interior with extensive entertaining capacity and sweeping views of Lake Michigan.
