NorthShore University Health System
Bulley & Andrews served as general contractor for the new 35,000 SF medical office building for NorthShore University Health System in Northbrook, IL.
The project involved construction of a two-story brick and block exterior which includes architectural pre-cast and aluminium curtain wall facades. B&A also completed the interior buildout of the space, including two surgery suites.
The project reached substantial completion in July 2010.
