McDonald’s Corporation
Bulley & Andrews has worked on myriad projects at each of McDonalds’ three main buildings: Hamburger University Training Center, the office building often referred to as COB (Campus Office Building) and the Lodge. During our three decades of service to their corporate campus, we have prepared budgets and schedules, provided value engineering and completed new construction as well as renovation for the 77 acre campus, including buildings, roads, lakes, bridges and landscaping.
The COB provides 350,000 SF of office space and a three-story underground parking facility that accommodates 750 cars. Projects at COB include the interior buildout of executive offices and the new McCafe store in the lobby. The Lodge is a 243,000 SF hotel which features guest rooms, suites, and a restaurant. B&A built the original facility in the early 1980’s and have since completed the facility’s interior renovation. Hamburger University houses classrooms, meeting rooms, auditoriums and training kitchens. B&A’s efforts here included demolition of the existing conference rooms and the construction of new test labs to recreate the “drive thru” atmosphere.
