Hyatt Lodge
Bulley & Andrews served as general contractor for the multi-phased interior renovation to the Hyatt Lodge at McDonald’s corporate campus in Oak Brook, IL. The project involved 243,000 SF which includes approximately 208 guest rooms (including seven suites), corridors, food-services areas, conference/banquet facilities, the lobby, public restrooms and the health club.
The focus of the renovation was to update finishes throughout the hotel and to incorporate the latest technologies, including wireless LAN and state-of-the-art phone systems.
The project was scheduled and coordinated in a number of phases in order to minimize disruption to hotel operations.
