DePaul University Monsignor Andrew J. McGowan Science Building
Bulley & Andrews served as general contractor for DePaul University’s new Science Center on the Lincoln Park Campus.
The building is a steel frame structure with a brick masonry and stone highlighted facade. The 130,000 SF building houses the departments of Chemistry, Biological Sciences and Environmental Sciences, as well as state of the art teaching and research laboratories. The project achieved LEED Gold Certification.
Construction began in June 2007 with completion achieved in November 2008.
