Project Details

Beverly Bank & Trust
Bulley & Andrews served as general contractor for a new bank building and site improvements for Beverly Bank & Trust. Located on the northwest corner of 103rd & Western, the project is a two-story, approximately 25,000 SF masonry building with drive-thru facilities.
Although commercial in nature and function, the building pays homage to the strength of the residential architecture in the surrounding neighborhood. The arts and crafts style structure features subtle detailed “Chicago” red brick, significant use of buff limestone, white painted wood windows and trim, topped with a grey slate roof. The interiors are designed with stone floors, shaped ceilings and richly detailed wood cornices and trim. The bank will occupies the first floor with tenant space available on the second floor.
