Private Residence

Bulley & Andrews served as general contractor for the complete interior renovation of a near northside residence in an historic 1912 apartment building. 

The project merged portions of 2 floors to create a total of 6,700 sq. ft. of living space.  The home features a spectacular staircase and extensive millwork.
