Private Residence

Bulley & Andrews served as general contractor for the interior buildout of the penthouse unit of a new luxury residential tower designed by Lucien Lagrange Architects.

Located on the 26th floor, the 8,300 sq. ft. residence boasts a contemporary interior and a 1,500 sq. ft. terrace.  The museum-quality nature of the project required steadfast attention to detail and custom installations including a glass wine cellar and a revolving platform for the living room which allows all guests to enjoy commanding view of Lake Michigan and Navy Pier.
