John Marshall Law School

Welcoming students at their new entrance on State Street, John Marshall Law School’s renovation added 50,000 sq. ft. of space to the school.  Bulley & Andrews served as construction manager for the project, which involved renovations to occupied space at 304 South State as well as renovation of a new property adjacent to the law school at 19 W. Jackson.

The 304 S. State Street project included first floor improvements such as a new entry lobby and elevator, bookstore, student commons, cafe, restrooms, a connection to 19 W. Jackson and stair to the second floor.  Second floor improvements included renovations to the existing student lounge, new offices and meeting rooms. 

The 19 W. Jackson project included shell and core improvements to all three floors as well as facade repairs, vault and sidewalk reconstruction, new elevators and MEP/FP system.  Interior renovations included a buildout for the JMLS legal clinic and mail room.
