Bulley & Andrews, in partnership with Broadway Consolidated Companies, provided general contracting services for the core and shell redevelopment of the Technology Business Center One on Illinois Institute of Technology's Chicago campus.

The 140,000 SF building includes three floors plus a basement. The project involved demolition of the building's existing interior. Renovations included construction of a new three-story glass atrium and the addition of offices and mechanical rooms to the first floor of the building. Exterior work included masonry restoration and new window installation.

Bulley & Andrews and Ujamaa Construction Inc., another joint venture partner, are currently providing general contracting services on various tenant buildouts in the newly renovated space.
