ERC LL2 Laboratories

Bulley & Andrews provided construction management services for the build-out of shell space within the LL2 space of the Eckhardt Research Center (ERC) building for new laboratories for Inter Molecular Engineering (IME) and Physical Sciences Division (PSD).

Beginning with preconstruction, B&A worked closely with the many users to ensure all 17,500 sq. ft. of space was completed to meet their teaching and research needs. The laboratories include five laser labs, a cryo lab, optomech lab and microfluidics lab for IME and two laser labs with cleanroom softwall tents for PSD. Offices, conference rooms and lab support spaces are for IME and PSD.
