CHICAGO, IL (January 27, 2003) Jill Engelman, Senior Project Manager with Bulley & Andrews, LLC is honored to be named “Outstanding Project Manager of 2002-2003” by the Association of Subcontractors & Affiliates (ASA Chicago). Michael Basler, President of ASA Chicago, notified Ms. Engelman and will present the award to her at ASA Chicago’s annual award dinner on May 9, 2003.

The award is designed to acknowledge an industry professional that smoothly, skillfully and fairly coordinates and schedules the work of the various trades on a project. The recipient is also an astute planner who assures that the project site is accessible and available for material deliveries. In addition, the individual is reliable, responsive and meets commitments to subcontractors and suppliers.

Ms. Engelman has been with Bulley & Andrews, LLC for 21 years and a member of the building industry for nearly 30 years. She is actively involved with the Landmark’s Preservation Council of Illinois, the Chicago Architecture Foundation and is a frequent lecturer on restoration and preservation issues.
