CHICAGO, IL (October 31, 2007) Bulley & Andrews is pleased to announce the promotions of William Kroeger, Timothy Puntillo and Raymond Wojkovich, P.E. - all from Senior Project Manager to Vice President.

Mr. Kroeger, 46, attended Northern Illinois University and has been with Bulley & Andrews since 1989. He is an expert in field operations as well as project management. Mr. Kroeger is responsible for Bulley & Andrews' corporate and interiors business unit.

Mr. Puntillo, 35, is a graduate of Purdue University and Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. He has been with Bulley & Andrews since June 1996. He oversees the firm's educational and institutional business unit and has been involved in numerous award-winning projects including the Oak Park Public Library.

Mr. Wojkovich, 47, joined Bulley & Andrews in August 1996 and leads the firm's healthcare related business unit. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Illinois and a graduate of North Carolina State University.
